Mr Gilles Herard, Jr was welcomed by the Heritage Foundation into the prestigious President's Club in 2000. The Heritage Foundation was founded in 1973 whose mission is to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense.
